By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Site, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to anyone we believe does not meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you may browse the Site but may not place an order or purchase any product. Parents or legal guardians may purchase products on behalf of minors, but assume full responsibility for the safe handling and storage of those products.

3. Product Description & Intended Use

All products sold on TrueKatana are intended for art display, decoration, and collection purposes only. While many of our swords are functional, hand-forged, and feature sharpened edges, they are sold as collectible items and works of craftsmanship.

Our products are not sold as weapons for self-defense, combat, or any unlawful purpose. By purchasing any product from TrueKatana, you agree to use it in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, safety rules, and regulations.

Handmade Product Variations

All of our swords and bladed products are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in measurements, weight, color, grain pattern, hamon line, and finish may occur between individual pieces. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. Product images on our Site are representative and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item you receive.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

All TrueKatana products are sharpened and have sharp edges. Your use of any product purchased from our Site is at your own risk. By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to the following:

• You will use the purchased product in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• You will take all reasonable steps to keep TrueKatana products out of the hands of minors and/or untrained individuals.
• You assume all risks related to or arising out of your ownership, handling, storage, display, and use of TrueKatana products.
• You agree to indemnify and hold SWORDSMAN INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of our products.

SWORDSMAN INC. shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, death, or property damage related to the use of our products in any way. All products are sold on an "AS IS" basis.

5. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site under your supervision.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to laws governing the import, possession, and transport of bladed weapons).

We make every effort to display product information — including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing — as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing or product information, in which case you will be notified and offered a full refund.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8. Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

Shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping restrictions are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For international orders: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your country's import laws, customs regulations, and duties. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of swords and bladed weapons. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of importing our products before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for orders that are seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return and refund policies are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary: We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged or defective. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Full details are available in our Return Policy.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, page layouts, color schemes, and software — is the property of SWORDSMAN INC. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Counterfeit Websites

We are aware of fraudulent websites that have copied our product images, page designs, and policies. www.truekatana.com is the only official website operated by SWORDSMAN INC. 11. User Content & Reviews

When you submit reviews, comments, feedback, or other content to our Site, you grant SWORDSMAN INC. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and promotional activities.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of any third party, contain defamatory or unlawful material, contain viruses or malware, or otherwise violate these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.
