All orders placed on TrueKatana.com include free shipping to the United States. We ship worldwide using SF Express, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Below you'll find processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping information for all product categories.
Japanese Samurai Swords
Processing Time (Handmade by Order)
1–2 business days
Note: Some high-performance swords may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the craft. Custom orders may take 15–30 business days.

- US Warehouse Fulfillment Orders: 2–5 business days
- Handmade Orders: 3–9 business days

Each armor set is handcrafted to order, which requires significantly more production time than swords.

3–10 business days after production is complete.
Shipping Rules & Important Information
- Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- We use SF Express, UPS, USPS, and FedEx for the majority of our shipments.
- We aim to ship US domestic orders within 2 business days. However, this may be longer during high-volume periods or for items with special lead times (noted on the product page).
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Tracking numbers are sent to customers via email once the package has shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed and shipped within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel it. If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it per your request.
If you contact us after your order has shipped, we cannot recall the shipment. You can return it to our US warehouse once you receive the package — please see our Return Policy for details.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico, outlying US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes.
- We do not offer local pickup.
- International buyers (non-US) are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. International buyers also bear the risk of orders being held or destroyed by their country's customs department.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- We are not responsible for items that are uninsured or have tracking numbers that fail to update to a delivered status due to carrier system errors. We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items. No exceptions.
International Shipping Notes
Sword import laws vary by country. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of bladed weapons. It is your responsibility to verify your local customs regulations before placing an order. For more information, please visit our Customs Info & Charges page.
We declare the actual purchase value on all customs forms. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.
