I like it a lot. Relatively cheap, but I’m happy with how solid it is. Nothing jiggles or rattles on it. The Damascus blade is a very nice touch. Came sharp but not crazy sharp, Probably a good thing.

The damascus blade is gorgeous. I just wish I knew what kind of steel and heat treat were used. The katana weighs only 2.048 Lbs as weighed and is the perfect weight and balance for me. But I only weigh 125 Lbs. The fittings look nice and feel tight. The handle just sucks. The ito wrap is the loosest i've seen on a new sword. I can see the handle material in a few places, like the ray skin was too small or skimpy. Overall for the price I give it a "B-".
The zombie sword is wicked fun to use. Mine is not sharp. It's almost as if they skipped the very last sharpen process. Very obtuse edge so flat and dull you can run your thumb down the entire length of the edge. It's kinda heavy, 2.703 Lbs as weighed. Slices through cabbage heads with ease, will not slice through foam. I love this thing but it REALLY needs a better, sharper edge.
Customer service was not the best. Several days after ordering I tried to get an estimated ship date and got the run around. After 10 days I tried again and got the run around. They would only answer me with an auto-responderish reply "1 to 3 weeks to make and 1 to 3 weeks to ship." My swords arrived at my door 3 weeks after I ordered them.

I name my Katana. This one I call the "Whirlwind". For some obvious reasons. Absolutely beautiful damascus steel. It is EXACTLY what I wanted. My first blue steel Katana, named the "Blue Wave" make these a pair. Two weapon sword fighting. It is lighter weight. Tried to get both to 2.65lbs. These ARE that. This sword has perfect balance, the handle is my favorite design. I plan on buying more next month. This is an expert who made this. EVERY penny is WORTH IT. I would suggest investing in this weapon. An EXCELLENT addition to my set. I have 4 Katana now from True Katana. Literally my ONLY choice I want to invest in. This is a keeper.

My first Katana, and wow. An absolute beauty of a sword. The Damascus shows up perfectly. While there are a few problem areas like scratches on the blade, handle material moves upon use, and the saya is a little loose. But these are all problems that I can live with, and fix myself if I ever needed. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, and my future purchases 😉
