The craftsmanship n quality is better then i expected i know every sword is unique using the traditional Japanese method was definitely done rite both blades The blood groove and Damascus Steel provides me with near perfect feel n weight for my unorthodox Tenshin Ryu Ninja Samurai free style I choose the dual Wakizashi because you can strike faster then with 2 standard Katana's i love the older bronze look but had planned fully to Silver Customized with a special Piant to compliment the Crimson Red Thank You Sincerely Gabriel.
P.S in the near Future I will most likely contact you guys to build my Oni Katana

It's a beautiful sword and sturdy sword with fine craftsmanship and detail, well packaged and good delivery. The only issue i have is that the description of the sword on the site said it was razor sharp while on delivery i noticed it was quite dull.
This was something i specifically looked for upon ordering and was disappointed with when it arrived.
Maybe you could monitor the descriptions of the swords on the site better so customers buy exactly what they want in a blade.

Beside this one detail it's a fantastic sword and good service.

Love this katana blade. Gotta recommend being extremely careful with it, as it's extremely sharp. The blade got stuck in the cover, and when I tried to pull the blade out, it cut in between my thumb and pointer finger so deep, I need stitches! Beautiful cover, and love the shade of purple that is used. Great price for this absolutely true katana.

The only thing I am not happy with is that there is a streak that could be part of the hamon that is very close to the edge of the blade and it doesn't look good. I like and are happy with everything else, but this streak takes away from it's appearance. It is on both sides of the blade.

The blade looks outstanding and it has a really good practical edge. I am a combat haso no kamae fencing instructor with kenjutsu/kendo roots. I used it for test cutting 1 1/2 inch bamboo and tameshigiri with no issues. The katana is mounted solidly and is a good buy for the price point and practicality. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Is recommend orchard from true katana if you're in the market for a strong, sharp and affordable sword. (Please note that if you want a razor sharp blade then it won't stand up to the stress. The reason is that to get it that sharp the metal has to be thinned.) If you can cut bamboo with it and no damage then it's a good blade. Keep in mind that bamboo is hard and of you damage your T-10 blade or any blade, then it is through no fault of True Katana. This sword is really nice and sharp. its a pretty blue tent to the blade. The only small complaint would be the container that holds the sword.
