The tsuka is wrapped in brown ito cord over real white samegawa, the ray skin providing grip texture beneath the diamond-pattern lacing. Gold-toned menuki ornaments are secured under the wrap at intervals along the handle, visible at the crossing points of the ito. The overall handle construction follows a traditional koshirae assembly with a tight, even wrap throughout.

The tsuba is cast in a gold-black finish with a dragon theme in high relief - a coiled dragon rendered in antiqued gold against a darkened background, surrounded by cloud and floral scroll work. The round form and detailed casting make it a visual centerpiece between blade and handle, and a strong complement to the warm brown cord of the tsuka.

The saya is crafted from hardwood with a white lacquered surface and hand-painted orange grain lines flowing along its length, creating a wood-grain wave pattern. A brown sageo cord is attached at the kurikata and tied in a braided knot at the koiguchi opening. The white and orange saya contrasts sharply with the dark blade when drawn, making the full piece visually distinctive as a White Samurai Sword.
