The geometry follows a traditional shinogi-zukuri profile with a cleanly ground edge - no visible hamon, consistent with the steel type and finish. The tsuka is built on a black PU samegawa base layer and wrapped in black cord ito in a traditional diamond pattern, with decorative menuki set into the wrap at the grip contact points. The full tang construction locks the blade securely into the handle assembly, giving the piece a solid feel during handling or display.

The standout feature of the fittings is the silver alloy dragon tsuba - an openwork design with a coiling dragon rendered in pierced and raised metalwork.
