Product Details

This full tang katana features a high manganese steel blade finished in a vivid blue tone with a raging fire style edge pattern running along the spine. The pattern creates a jagged, flame-like silhouette against the polished blue surface, giving the blade a bold visual identity. At 41 inches overall and weighing 4 lbs, this is a substantial piece built around a precision-finished steel core that holds its form and edge well among Full Tang Katana Sword collections.

The tsuka measures 11 inches and is constructed from hardwood, wrapped in white PU samegawa beneath a tight black cotton ito cord. The alternating diamond pattern of the cord over the white underlayer provides strong visual contrast and a textured grip surface that sits naturally in the hand.

Topping the handle is an alloy tsuba with an intricate silver floral openwork design set within a gold-tone outer rim. The combination of silver petals, leaves, and gold edging catches light beautifully and bridges the dark handle to the blue blade with a refined metallic accent.

The hardwood saya is the standout design element of this katana. A detailed dragon motif is rendered in black and white ink across the lower half of the scabbard, depicting scales, claws, and flowing lines that wrap around the saya surface. The upper section transitions into a black speckled pattern with white paint splatter over a dark base, tied together by a black sageo cord knotted at the kurikata. My boyfriend loved his gift!
It’s actually for Valentine’s Day but he wanted to open it sooner. The look oh his face was priceless. He kept swinging it and holding it all day and cutting things in the house.

The detail to the case is so beautiful and the sword is very pretty.

The shipping is fast I ordered my sword on January 24, it was shipped out 2days later and I got it Friday February 4. It actually came 5 days early and since it came international from there another location it came faster than I expected.

The sword does come with oil on it to prevent rust during transit snd storage, not sure if I should clean so I decided to leave it. And it’s very sharp.

Overall good product and whomever you get it for will lose their mind in excitement. Will be buy another one for my brother and other family members.
