Thank you for your response. I would not miss the delivery of a katana. I have done business with this company in the past but will no longer consider you to be a trusted supplier. I am aware that the package was listed as delivered, but I have also checked my security camera for that day and can cinfirm that no package from UPS arrived. I'm aware that this is not your problem but ut does reflect negatively on your business. Again I thank you for your assistance in this matter, but a nearly $200 loss due leaves a negative feeling. r
