Two very elegant sword stands - photo shows the double but the single is also excellent. Both pieces are simply constructed of very pleasing wood, assembly was easy and took only a minute or two. I am very happy with both these pieces and would recommend them. They may have been designed for katana, but I use them exclusively for Chinese dao and jian swords, and they are perfect for these.

Really nice quality. Well balanced, and looks really cool! The sheath snaps on perfectly with no wobble, it’s actually very satisfying.
Packaging was a little messy, since the foam got damaged during shipping, the Katana was perfectly fine though!

I absolutely LOVE this Copper Tanto!
It really is the length of a dirk as it is too long for a dagger and too short for a short sword.
I would categorize this as a dirk, not a tanto.
Having said that:
The fit was superb, with a nice and light, audible click as the dirk is sheathed in the scabbard and locks into place. The patterns and décor of the piece is wonderful. This is a quality piece. The steel of the blade itself is high quality, and can be seen as a pattern steel in all of its splendor.
There was a small burr on one of the hanger rings, but nothing a little rat tail file couldn't take care of. That is going to happen from time to time with manufacturing like this.
The Wakizashi was also very nice. The steel of the blade has a real hamon and is quite sharp indeed. The handle was a little bit on the large side, however, for those with larger hands, this is not going to be a problem. The fit of the saya on the blade was a little too loose and required my attention to add a small shim to properly fit the blade and scabbard. All the same, this is a beautiful piece, and that's why I chose it. It's a keeper.

I was pleased at the ease of ordering and the katana getting here before the birthday party. BUT. The damper on the purchase is the quality if the practice katana. The way the wood is attached to the handle is flimsy and is not attached properly. Its loose and looks like it will come apart if used to practice. I gave this gift and can't get it back to be returned so I'm stuck having giving a faulty katana and fell bad because of it. I wish you could send me a replacement as when the one I gave breaks (and it will) I will be able to make it right. PS. The katana does look nice. David Garner
