The surface texture along the spine and flat shows deliberate handcrafted marks left by the shaping process, giving the steel a character rarely found on mass-produced pieces. The straight profile stays true to the ninjato form - clean geometry from base to tip with a squared point.

The tsuka is wrapped in tightly coiled brown cord in a ribbed single-layer pattern, offering a firm, consistent grip surface. At 44 inches total length and 4 lbs, the sword carries noticeable weight that reinforces its full tang construction - the tang extends uninterrupted through the handle for structural integrity.

Fittings throughout are finished in silver-tone alloy. The tsuba is the standout piece: a chunky hexagonal guard bearing a raised three-dimensional skull face in relief, detailed with horns and hollowed eye sockets.
