Chokuto Ninjato in Manganese Steel with Wave-Engraved Blade, Rose Gold Tsuba & Black Leather Saya

The blade on this chokuto is forged from manganese steel and finished with a chrome surface, then hand-engraved with a flowing wave pattern that runs the full length of the nagasa. The repeating feather-like wave lines create a dimensional texture that catches light differently from every angle - a precision-finished detail that sets this replica apart from plain-polish alternatives. The straight chokuto geometry gives the profile a clean, aggressive silhouette distinct from the curved katana form.

The handle is wrapped in 10mm black cotton cord in a tight parallel ito pattern, running from the tsuba up to the kashira without gaps. The wrapping provides a consistent anti-slip surface. At the kashira, a rose gold alloy cap engraved with scrollwork anchors the wrap and adds a refined finishing detail to the handle terminus. The full-tang construction means the steel extends completely through the handle core.

The tsuba is cast in rose gold-toned alloy and shaped as a round guard with deeply relief-carved ornate scroll motifs on both faces. This warm metallic tone is carried through the fittings - the habaki, kurikata, and kojiri all share the same rose gold finish, creating a unified hardware palette against the matte black of the cord and saya.

The black PU leather saya is one of the most detailed elements of this set. The entire scabbard surface is embossed with a large peony floral pattern, giving the black leather a textured, carved appearance.
