T10 Carbon Steel Katana with Floral Hand-Painted White Saya - Gold Cherry Blossom Tsuba, Black-Red Sageo

The blade on this katana is forged from T10 carbon steel, ground to a polished chrome finish that highlights the real hamon line running along the edge. The full-tang construction extends through the entire handle core, giving the piece a solid, well-balanced feel. The tsuka is wrapped in black tsuka-ito over genuine white samegawa (ray skin), with the classic diamond-shaped gaps of the traditional koshirae style exposing the textured ray skin beneath. Red lacquer ribbing bands accent the upper saya near the kurigata, where the black and red sageo cord is tied off, creating a sharp two-tone contrast against the white ground.
