This Katana is beautiful and professionally made. The spine of the blade has a bevel finish from the Habaki to the Kissaki which is a nice surprise. I was expecting a flat spine like you find on knives. The blade has nice Harmon and has a really sharp edge. The Ito wrap is nice and tight and fitting are not loose. The Saya has a nice firm fit not to loose or tight when drawing the blade. I check everything and found some minor damage on Saya on Kurikata side on the Kojiri which has a dent on the edge. Other then that this is a beautiful Katana and I will be ordering more from TrueKatana. I recommend them to anyone looking for good quality Katana to buy as present or for your collection.

i placed my order back on 11/17/2929 and i did not receive it until 01/19/2021 first let me say the items were great they were in perfect condition and they were everything i had hoped for. the were sturdy and very sharp and i have nothing but good to say about them HOWEVER after about 6 weeks i was getting worried i tried to contact the company and could not all the emails came right back as undeliverable this caused me to have grave doubts about getting my items you should put a phone number or something to make contact when people have any questions

It was a Christmas gift for my son. I have given him a Sword for Christmas since he was a freshman in high school. He is 30 years old now. And he still enjoys the gifts. He acts like heās not looking for it. But he still enjoys getting them. I enjoy the anticipation of him giving them to him. Sword was beautiful.
