The sword is very nice & was packaged quite well. I like the weight & the blade is sharp.r
The only thing I seen was a hole in the bottom of the tsuka (hilt).r
I am looking forward to cutting with it in the spring.

I'm manly giving 4 stars on this Katana for one reson!! The blade unlike last two has a very slight curve, in about 3" for same distance from tip it curves in only about 1/16th possably 3/64th out on only 3 " so not anything major! A love my other perchased of the cane Katana which os very nice. I did make it look like a real walking cane as per last review! r
But this one, I also don't like the rubber clad Tsaba, so covered that and the shiny Kashira to bright / shiny and flashy of me. So that is covers to.also Tsuba has weak spots because of thinness to outside edge too.r
Not sure if Blade very slight curve is because this blade is a second or not.r
It has done me no good trying to contact seller 6 plus times, as I have never received a response! Even for a simple question. Decent buy for the money though!!r
As stated in other reviews ( you get what you pay for) mist of the time..r

Great Katana! I recieved it quick. The sword itself has high quality and feels durable. While not deadly sharp it's still fairly sharp and can indeed hurt someone. I'll definitely be looking forward to buying more from this site.

the first two swords i ordered are brilliant. they came from China and arrived quickly. i am very pleased. i ordered a third sword which was shipped from California and i was less pleased. the scabbard and hilt were not as pictured. i keep getting emails to review my orders so here i am. love the first two but am somewhat unhappy with my third sword. overall this is a great company and i will be back. cheers

Great little Ningato. It is a bit heavier than I was expecting, but that is fine! Tested the RC Hardness and it is right in line with 1045 Carbon Steel. I wanted to get another T10, but this was amazing at 40% off with your labor day sale.

The order arrived quickly. The weapon was beautiful. The scabbard holds the sword without slipping and the weight is just right. There was no rattle between the blade and the handle. I'm new to katana training, but even with my poor skill, I easily sliced through a water bottle. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

For the price, it's not that bad. With little honing, I managed to give the blade razor sharpness. The faux leather on the tsuka is a one piece sheet, wrapped and sew, kinda plastic thing. I did a traditionnal lace over it so now it's way better. The saya gets loose after only 10 times getting the blade out... All and all you get what you pay for !

le sabre est exactement comme sur les images de présentation du site, magnifique.
Je ne m'y connais pas dans les différents métaux et aciers pour y apporter une appréciation constructive. Je peux juste dire que c'est lourd et robuste : tout est bien fini, bien fixé, aucune pièce ne "gigote"...
La qualité des finitions bonne, sans quelques rares imperfections, à ce prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à des finitions au millimètre près.
l'illustration du Saya (crânes) sont gravés dans le bois, ce n'est pas une vulgaire impression sur la peinture!
Agréablement surpris donc pour cette première commande, le choix est difficile pour le(s) prochain(s) car, oui, aux prix raisonnables et frais d'importation minimes, je commande à nouveau, ça donne envie de refaire la déco !
Par contre, certains articles sont à 0,00 frais d'envoi , et d'autres 19,99USD :-/
sans savoir pourquoi ça ne donne pas envie d'acheter ceux-là ...

The blade as a whole is very cool but when I got it I saw where the blade gose is just an empty metal tube and when putting the blade back scraps against the inside of the rod dulling it quiet a bit and there is a single nut holding the blade to the handle and k find that it get very loose and cuase the blade to bang agints the inside of the rod as a display peace very cool but if your like me and like to mess around with your blades cut fruits bottles etc it can get very annoying
