Amazing quality. Everything is snug, tight, and very well-built. The tang is tightly wound with durable ray skin underneath. The end cap of the tang is snuggly fitted. The blade itself, while this will be used for display, is extremely sturdy.
My main purchasing factor was that True Katana was the only company selling WWII katanas (olive color, rosewood, etc.), and all of the designs and effects are 100% accurate, with the reasonable exception that there is no stamp on the blade (but that's expected, because those forges did not make the blade). With that being said, for what this is, it's well worth the price.
Also, shipping was very fast considering it came from China to America.

Great quality for the price. The handle and blade came wrapped and arrived in about 9 days. The handle is wrapped with a smooth-feeling leather and imitation rayskin (as advertised). The tsuba feels nice and sturdy and not at all cheap. The hamon line also looks great, and the katana came sufficiently oiled. The sheath is made with a soft material and feels great to hold; however, it is a bit loose, and the blade can easily fall out. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and think it will look great next to my replica Rebellion.

Also when I purchased I got an email thanking me for the order and saying I would receive another email that would tell me it had shipped and approx arrival time. That email never came. But I got my very bad-ass sword pretty quick anyway, about the time I was starting to wonder.
