1095 Clay Tempered Katana with Rose Gold Blade in Koi Fish Painted Saya - Full Tang Japanese Sword

This 1095 carbon steel katana is clay tempered to produce a distinctive hamon line that zigzags along the rose gold finished blade. The 28.5-inch full tang blade achieves 58 HRC hardness through differential heat treatment, creating a harder edge and more resilient spine. The 10.25-inch tsuka is built on a hardwood core wrapped in PU black samegawa for texture, then finished with tight black cotton cord in a traditional diamond-pattern wrap. At the guard, an alloy tsuba in a dark patina finish displays irregular hollow cutouts in an organic, vine-like pattern.
