T10 Steel Katana with Real Hamon in Dark Red Lacquer Saya - Brown Ito & Gold Tsuba

The blade on this katana is forged from T10 high-carbon steel and hand-finished to reveal a natural hamon line running along the entire length of the nagasa. The differential hardening process produces a harder cutting edge alongside a more flexible spine, and the hamon itself varies subtly from piece to piece - no two are identical. A polished chrome finish reflects light cleanly against the curve of the blade, accentuating the gentle sori that defines classical katana geometry.

The tsuka is built over a full-tang core and wrapped with genuine white samegawa (ray skin) before the brown cotton ito is applied in a tight, traditional diamond-pattern tsukaito bind. The textured ray skin shows through each open diamond, giving the handle both visual contrast and a secure surface. Fuchi and kashira fittings in a warm gold tone frame both ends of the handle and maintain the koshirae's cohesive color story.
