So, I ordered a Wakizashi, together with this absolute beautiful Katana, and they arrived today.

I had a complaint about the Wakizashi, so that the TK-Team handled it a way, with that I am quite happy... so the customer-service is pretty super, as these guys take their Stuff serious.


The Tsuka of the Katana is absolutely astonishing... upon holding it firmly, I get better grip than with other swords I tested, so I was positively surprised. The Blade itself is absolutely beautiful... it was a present for me father, and he is crazy about it as I am.

Very good quality, feels just qualitatively very good... so I can only recommend it : )

Well, I ordered this beautiful Wakizashi together with a expensive Katana for my dad, and the 2 Swords arrives today.
About this brown Wakizashi: As it was stated to have a 26cm Tsuka, and as seen on the website to have a Bohi on the Blade... I ordered it. All in all, the Wakizashi has been looking awesome in pictures.

Today it arrived, and unfortunately, the Tsuka was only 21cm long, and the Blade didn't have a Bohi (Blood Groove).

I ordered from Austria, I had to wait quite some time and was very unsatisfied with the short Tsuka and Blade without the Bohi. Yet, I was very surprised, by how kind, service-orientated and extra-ordinary-professional these guys handled it.

The swords looks awesome, but still, I was dissatisfied, so they offered me some ammount of refund which honestly, arrived a couple of hours ago. I am quite happy with this solution and still, the Swords are pretty decent, feel like quality-items and the team handled this very fast. The Katana is absolute awesome... so thank you a lot !

Well made, nice weight, and a beautiful blade.

The only negative is the dragon head of the pommel is pretty sharp so it make the sword uncomfortable to wield. However, I was able to rotate it 180 degrees which eliminated the problem.

This showed another small issue with the mounting of the pommel since it screws on, but locktite will address that. The pommel should really be redesigned to smooth it out.

That all said, I am happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Very nice looking sword with good balance and weight. However, the blade was not evenly sharpened as I requested. Moreover, the blade is not razor sharp like I wanted it to be. Therefore, I would not describe it as "Battle Ready" as advertised.

The upper half of the blade is sharp enough to remove some hairs on my arm, but does not shave the skin. The lower half of the blade is not sharp enough to remove any hairs on my arm. Will have to buy some fine ceramic wet stones to finish the sharpening myself, because I want the blade to razor sharp across the full length of the blade. Swords can't be shipped back to China to correct the poor full blade sharpening.
