The way the wood is attached to the handle is flimsy and is not attached properly. Its loose and looks like it will come apart if used to practice. I gave this gift and can't get it back to be returned so I'm stuck having giving a faulty katana and fell bad because of it. I wish you could send me a replacement as when the one I gave breaks (and it will) I will be able to make it right. PS. The katana does look nice. David Garner
