Ordered a WW2 Katana Japanese officers sword to make a display with the new repro sword and a demilitarized original Japanese officers sword that had been broke in half in order to be handed out as war booty. They look amazingly similar. Great product.

The sword lived up to its expectations. It’s a gift for my brother’s 40th birthday, so I can’t really show you a picture of me wielding it because it’s not mine. However, me and my father gave a sneak peek test run of the sword and it is damn good of a sword. Very sturdy and I like the fact that it has some weight to it. Wow, This sword is nice. Great look and seems to be well made. Not actually razor sharp, maybe that’s good too. Shipping was faster than advertised and arrived in protected package. Seems like a great product for the price. I’ll be buying another in near future.

My shirasaya katana arrived quickly and well packaged. This is my very first katana sword and I'm impressed by the craftsmanship of it. This thing is beautiful. I'd say it's moderately heavy but that was to be expected since it's huge slab of metal. I ended up having to hide it away from my kids because it's very sharp. I'm definitely buying a second katana but with a traditional style.

Sword was pretty sharp, seems like it was hardened pretty well. Hit it with a sharpener to see if it left little chips in the edge but didnt. A well made 1060 in my oppinion.

Hello,
I can really recommend True katana, the katana I recieved is in fantastic shape, materials are great, tsuka-ito is tight, koiguchi is really tight and well done so the katana doesn’t fall out, the blade itself is really well done and even without any defects.
Even the customer support is really good.
The only downside is that the katana comes without box, stand and even without the silk bag. But the money/quality ratio makes up for it for sure!

Amazing quality only one small problem I found was in the etched in design at the tip of the sword where there were black spots instead of being yellow but it’s really not a big deal and everything thing else looks amazing.

I don't usually leave feed back on my purchase but this is an exceptional piece.this sword immediately stood out from any Japanese blade I've owned before.its balance weight are impressive and the craftsmanship and materials are top shelf .despite the disclaimer in the box I had to give this blade a whirl...and holy smokes this blade is so sharp it cut through a grapefruit and left it sitting there in two perfect pieces ! And continued to do the same with five more! Scary sharp .the price is fair worth every penny! And it shipped

Love the blade! Not sure that the sheath is real snake skin but looks cool regardless. Not a crazy sharp edge which is fine, obviously you can get it sharpened yourself. Overall more than happy with the purchase!
