1065 Steel Katana with Black Matte Hardwood Saya - Full Tang, Beige Sageo, Plain Oval Tsuba

The blade is forged from 1065 carbon steel and heat-treated to 58 HRC, producing a hard, stable edge with a bright chrome finish along the full 27.16-inch nagasa. The hand-finished surface runs cleanly from the tip to the base, with no visible grinding marks disrupting the mirror-like polish.

The tsuka stretches 9.44 inches and is wrapped in black textured material over a solid core, giving the handle a firm, non-slip feel. Two brass-toned mekugi secure the full tang blade through the handle, keeping the assembly tight without additional hardware.

A plain oval iron tsuba in matte black sits flush between the blade and handle. The unadorned surface keeps the guard clean and understated - no engraving or relief work interrupts the flat face, which suits the sword's all-black monochrome design.

The saya is built from hardwood and finished in a smooth matte black lacquer across its 29.93-inch length.
