Superb quality and detail. My sword arrived much quicker than I expected. he sworn itself is as seen in the online images, I was very happy I got what I paid for just like my order. The craftsmanship is amazing and the details are more beautiful in real life. I could not be more happy with my purchase.

Build quality is lacking in some areas. r

Packaging is terrible. It comes in a taped up Styrofoam container instead of a wooden or cardboard box. Its from China, but that's expected.r

The katana itself is decent and sharp.r
The outer finish on the saya is nice and looks exactly like the pictures.r

However, it was extremely hard to remove the katana from the saya, due to the habaki area getting stuck. I ended up having to lightly sand down the koiguchi area once I eventually got the katana out of the saya.r

Moreover, the blade rattles in the saya, which I'm not sure how I'm going to fix yet.

The sword is absolutely beautiful and sharp enough to shave with. The scabbard is like the design is engraved into the leather before being painted silver with is pretty cool. It's sturdy and the blade fits nicely in the scabbard. All in all I'm happy with this new addition to my now 7 katana sword collection.

Nice solid blade. Arrived quite sharp and with a bit of oil applied which is nice. Only flaw is the blade fits quite tightly into the shirasaya (scabbard) right at the tsuba but nothing a bit of light sanding won't fix (which i plan to do). Nice beginner iadio training blade, it also looks beautiful in person.

Well made katana, I received the katana just how described, I love the hamon and everything about the fitting are nice and tight how they should be, the only thing I have to complain about is the paint job of the tsuba other than that beutiful sword thank you.

The box was taped together and the end of the kajiri was broken off. The sword looks to be in good shape. Would have given five stars if it didn’t arrive in bad shape. Any way to fix this?
