It came well packaged which is always a surprise nowadays and the presentation was great. The blades quality is nice a bit heavy but that’s to be expected for this type of weapon. The sheath is nice with the black speckled pattern I do wish they covered the bottom of the sheath with paint instead of leaving it with a wood finish but it’s minute. Overall 9/10 especially for the price.

As far as I can tell the quality is amazing, beautifully patterned Damascus, sharp even edges and a good solid feel. The blade was oiled for protection and all the details are beautiful. Hate to give such a low star but, in the description it said sharpened edge and it was far from it... It has a very nice feel in the hand and has a very attractive blade. Both the Sageo and the tsuka are very nicely finished and fit well together. I understand for the price point it will not be perfect but if it says sharpened edge in the description the edge should be sharpened.
