I got a custom order done and the quality is very good, but I am giving this a 5 star because the support team was amazing and quick to respond not sure if it was really worth 500 usd but I enjoyed the support experience and the blade turned out very well.

I received my order of a high quality katana blade and I have to say that I'm impressed with the way the sword is crafted. When I received the sword I opened it up and it's definitely seems protected with much wrappings and a box that contains it. I saw the blade and I did read from other customer reviews that there's oil/lubricant on the blade for it's maintenance.
I did read on the website that depending on the sword you order it does take some time to receive it. In my case it took 2 weeks. You can track your order when you log in notifying the locations your order is coming from so you don't freak out.
Other than that, I will make another order with this company again.

Great craft and sturd, solid and super light loving the detailed and received this pretty fast considering from Malaysia to Canada. It's sharp and like the fact the blade is oiled and also it was wrapped just n case of damage thru shipping but for me it's centre piece to add to my collection. It is exactly what I expected it to be, right in the middle of fake and real.
The materials are functional enough to be considered usable, and I was satisfied with the sword
the sageo was not made of silk which was disappointing and made me fear the quality of the sword.
The Ito was poorly wrapped and does slide around and must be adjusted after or before every use.
The synthetic samegawa was impressive in that it did have imperfections in the pattern which made me think it was authentic ray/shark shin. That is until I touched it. For the price I was pleased with this, that being said there was a mistake made while placing it part of it is on top of the fuchi
I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to weild a katana but not have to worry about damaging an expensive authetic katana worth thousands of dollars.
I bring this to Iaido without a second thought

Overall it’s a good blade but the fittings on the handle weren’t that tight. On closer inspection The blade was cheaply manufactured, but for display purposes and light use this would be a good sword to get.
