By far one of the worse customer service encounters I have ever experienced. My fiancé ordered me a kill Bill true katana. And I never received the item we ordered. He initially ordered it, and we received the wrong item. then when he tried to send it back and he was told I can keep the sword for their mistake and I would receive the correct item. Both items came and they still weren’t correct. They are a horrible company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely absurd customer service.

The sword looks exactly as advertised on the shop, and the blade even came oiled. I can tell that the saya really was handcrafted to fit the blade because when I sheathe the sword, there’s literally no room for error once I get to the hilt. Very good product and I’m more than happy with my purchase, I plan on buying more swords from you guys for sure!

Everything about it is great, but the saya/sheath. The outside of it was fine, no problems. The inside was weak, and chips would often come off. Also it would be helpful to throw in a paper that shows the specs of the blade. (metal type, length, proper care oils, ect)
