By far one of the worse customer service encounters I have ever experienced. My fiancé ordered me a kill Bill true katana. And I never received the item we ordered. He initially ordered it, and we received the wrong item. then when he tried to send it back and he was told I can keep the sword for their mistake and I would receive the correct item. Both items came and they still weren’t correct. They are a horrible company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely absurd customer service.

love the sword overall but i do notice different shades of purple on the top & bottom. aswell as a gold decor piece is loose. As with all my items i will just care for it closely, but it is loved!!

I did not receive my katana. Luckily my girlfriend happened to purchase the same one for me. Both Katanas did not arrive at my home. The remainder of this review is my final message to truekatana. Thank you for your response. I would not miss the delivery of a katana. I have done business with this company in the past but will no longer consider you to be a trusted supplier. I am aware that the package was listed as delivered, but I have also checked my security camera for that day and can cinfirm that no package from UPS arrived. I'm aware that this is not your problem but ut does reflect negatively on your business. Again I thank you for your assistance in this matter, but a nearly $200 loss due leaves a negative feeling. r

I bought this Katana as an 18th birthday gift for my son. He’s very involved in martial arts and things of that nature. He went and found the Katana and asked for it as his gift. We were actually blown away by the craftsmanship and beauty of both the katana and the wooden sheath. The Katana itself is gorgeous and so well made the attention to detail is remarkable. The wooden sheath is stunning and looks like a masterpiece itself. We quickly ordered wall mounts and it’s proudly mounted on my son’s wall in his room. It’s a stunning piece to look at and he LOVES having it as part of his decor for his room as well as just an amazing piece of what I’d call art!
