It arrived on time! :) But it was poorly made. It has loose parts. I would personally not buy from here again because $200 bucks for a poorly made katana is not it.

Exactly as ordered, no wobble or looseness anywhere. Sharp right out of the box. Saya has a friction fit and I worry it may wear out but aside from that small issue it is perfect.

It is an amazing sword! The balance seems perfect to me. The saya is one of the nicest sayas I’ve ever seen, and I happy to have it, I’m still trying to decide what to do with the Sageo, the black that comes with it is a good look definitely but I’ll change the sageo on several of my swords from from time to time. The blade is just gotgeous and its sharpeness is very impressive, as it cut right through a piece of paper when I took it out. If you want a sword for cutting then this is definitely a worthwhile purchase. It’s a beautiful piece as well so you can’t really go wrong with this sword. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Do I even need to say the last part? I will anyway. Highly recommended!

This was my 3rd purchase from True Katana. But it's my first straight blade Katana (don't know the technical name) Very sleek and stylish. I love the simplicity of this sword. It came packaged well, the blade was wrapped in plastic and had a layer of oil to preserve it. Very sharp!!, feels good to hold and swing. Don't know if they make a set of this or not. I find no irregularities, no wobbling what so ever and it slides in smoothly. The Katana is exactly what they post on the site, just looks better up close and personal. Very pleased with this purchase.

It’s heavy enough for cane defense.
Inner hardware is sturdy.
When opened up as a pole-arm, the Ninjato feels graceful while stabbing and thrusting. I find this to be a very fun weapon to have and look forward to incorporating this piece into my practice.

The blade as a whole is very cool but when I got it I saw where the blade gose is just an empty metal tube and when putting the blade back scraps against the inside of the rod dulling it quiet a bit and there is a single nut holding the blade to the handle and k find that it get very loose and cuase the blade to bang agints the inside of the rod as a display peace very cool but if your like me and like to mess around with your blades cut fruits bottles etc it can get very annoying
