It looks exactly how I wanted it but it came very dirty. It seems like the sleeve was a perfect size for the blade so I’m not sure how it got this dirty but I will give a update on how the sword is holding up after a few weeks/months.

Damn good sword. But since I was looking for a/ cane/sword instead of just a sword. But on resurching what else this Co has to offer? I've found me a Coldsteel Sword and Cane 18" in length. Since I'm I'm 61y/o I will also pick up a Cane/whip. That will give me peace of mind and not have to worry about picking up a charge of being in position of a double edged dirk or Derrick. Which some states don't allow. This is Not the first healthcare aid I have bought from this Company and it's damn sure not going to be the last!

One problem though, the handle has about a two crack and a hairline crack on the scabbard which I'm having repaired, a minor inconvenience considering the overall appearance is a real compliment and I understand things just happen, no negative reflection on your company, the item is a very beautiful piece and I'm very proud to own one. This is the first katana I have ever bought and understand this is in no way a battle ready or perfectly hand crafted weapon, but I do think there should be more attention to the finer details like the handle being offset from the blade. I also know this is not a traditional handle design for a katana and while it is off centered and slightly loose it feels amazing. Other than that, this thing is extremely sharp and near perfectly balanced. The tip did roll slightly, not 100% sure on what as I try not to hit hard things with this sword, but it's also $200. All in all 7/10 mainly because of the off-centered handle. I will definitely buy from here again. Fast shipping, and arrived in perfect condition.
