The sword is beautiful a bit heavy for single hand use i don't know yet how durable in real fight shortly will figure out.r
Was a very quick international delivery akso i surprised how cheap. Here in norway a quality sword start from 1000 $ for 170$ from usa i very happy with the company.

Decent quality but it would be nice to know that it shipped from china and takes 6-8 weeks to arrive and is only shipped in styrofoam and tape.

received my order a little over a week ago. The sword is beautiful and well crafted, more than I expected. One problem though, the handle has about a two crack and a hairline crack on the scabbard which I'm having repaired, a minor inconvenience considering the overall appearance is a real compliment and I understand things just happen, no negative reflection on your company, the item is a very beautiful piece and I'm very proud to own one. It's a little bigger than what zatoichi fans should expect, but that was my fault for not knowing how big the listed length is (I'm 5'6) the quality is pretty darn good. The habaki is a little tight in koiguchi but that's expected of a shikomizue (to be used as a cane) I will definitely be purchasing from trukatana in future. Budget and sturdy quality stuff.

the first two swords i ordered are brilliant. they came from China and arrived quickly. i am very pleased. i ordered a third sword which was shipped from California and i was less pleased. the scabbard and hilt were not as pictured. i keep getting emails to review my orders so here i am. love the first two but am somewhat unhappy with my third sword. overall this is a great company and i will be back. cheers

I love this Sword. But I'm a little concerned. I'm having a difficult time initially releasing the blade from the scabbard. When I seat the sword fully into the scabbard it gets really stuck in there. I'm guessing it's a type of friction lock to keep the sword from accidentally coming out of the scabbard when used as a walking stick.
Is this the correct assumption?
