received my order a little over a week ago. The sword is beautiful and well crafted, more than I expected. One problem though, the handle has about a two crack and a hairline crack on the scabbard which I'm having repaired, a minor inconvenience considering the overall appearance is a real compliment and I understand things just happen, no negative reflection on your company, the item is a very beautiful piece and I'm very proud to own one. IPad Air4 for size comparison. It's beautiful, just like the photos. It has a hefty weight and feels sturdy. I absolutely love it and just need to get a display stand for it.
I didn't want to remove the plastic on the blade, as I don't have any oil yet to care for it, so I'm leaving it wrapped but I saw no chips, bends, dents, or scratches on the blade. It arrived carefully wrapped between two blocks of Styrofoam in perfect condition and tracking was easy to follow. Overall I'm super satisfied and so glad I bought it.

It’s heavy enough for cane defense.
Inner hardware is sturdy.
When opened up as a pole-arm, the Ninjato feels graceful while stabbing and thrusting. I find this to be a very fun weapon to have and look forward to incorporating this piece into my practice.

Overall amazing sword. Only issue is it came slightly oily for some reason, and a couple tid bits fit loosely. No biggie tho, it's an amazing piece of work regardless.

I love this Sword. But I'm a little concerned. I'm having a difficult time initially releasing the blade from the scabbard. When I seat the sword fully into the scabbard it gets really stuck in there. I'm guessing it's a type of friction lock to keep the sword from accidentally coming out of the scabbard when used as a walking stick.
Is this the correct assumption?

I got this for my husband, and he was surprise and very amused. But loved it. The packing was great. I was a bit surprise that it was coming from China, nothing on the website said it was coming from there. Getting the sword out of the scabbard was difficult, until I figure out that it was covered in plastic. Nice way to protected, but also less chance of cutting yourself when taking it out. Overall good. I don't know much about quality, but unless you are real samurai and regularly goes on battle, this sword looks and feels great. The weight felt nice, my husband agreed also. He managed to wielded and move it around a bit and found the feel of it good for him. The price did not hurt either. I was expected to paid more for it.
