By far one of the worse customer service encounters I have ever experienced. My fiancé ordered me a kill Bill true katana. And I never received the item we ordered. He initially ordered it, and we received the wrong item. then when he tried to send it back and he was told I can keep the sword for their mistake and I would receive the correct item. Both items came and they still weren’t correct. They are a horrible company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Absolutely absurd customer service.
