It looks exactly how I wanted it but it came very dirty. It seems like the sleeve was a perfect size for the blade so I’m not sure how it got this dirty but I will give a update on how the sword is holding up after a few weeks/months.

Features: very heavy and not so sharp, no I didn't plan to cut the heads with it, only for cosplay, but if I would find something attractive as this with T10 steel, I'd rather prefer it.

The only thing I seen was a hole in the bottom of the tsuka (hilt).r

One problem though, the handle has about a two crack and a hairline crack on the scabbard which I'm having repaired, a minor inconvenience considering the overall appearance is a real compliment and I understand things just happen, no negative reflection on your company, the item is a very beautiful piece and I'm very proud to own one. This one is a great find. Beautiful build quality and also very affordable. It caught my eye emediately on the website, ordered it and when it arrived in almost less than a week I was not disappointed. The weight of it is awesome, really feels strong in hand. The sleek simple bamboo design is top notch also . This sword took me back to my days in Okinawa, Japan thanks True Katana! When it arrived there was a couple cracks in my scabbard causing it to release a little loosely but I addressed it with TrueKatana Customer service and they sent me a new scabbard free of charge! Best customer service ever! Sent an email with a couple pictures and Fiona responded promptly within 24 hrs. Very pleased with the TrueKatana brand so far! Looking forward to my next purchase. I received the sword in a very timely manner. Getting shipped from China and arriving on my doorstep in a little over a week is pretty dang good. The sword overall is really sturdy and everything fits well. The only two gripes that I have are that the the piece that fits on the bottom of the handel wasn't ornamented. The other is that the blade is dull,dull,dull! I've ordered a sword previously from True Katana and that blade was great! I will have to get this sword sharpened or I've just bought a very expensive butter knife. By the way.. I love the instruction booklet. Don't put the sword in your mouth lol!

le sabre est exactement comme sur les images de présentation du site, magnifique.
Je ne m'y connais pas dans les différents métaux et aciers pour y apporter une appréciation constructive. Je peux juste dire que c'est lourd et robuste : tout est bien fini, bien fixé, aucune pièce ne "gigote"...
La qualité des finitions bonne, sans quelques rares imperfections, à ce prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à des finitions au millimètre près.
l'illustration du Saya (crânes) sont gravés dans le bois, ce n'est pas une vulgaire impression sur la peinture!
Agréablement surpris donc pour cette première commande, le choix est difficile pour le(s) prochain(s) car, oui, aux prix raisonnables et frais d'importation minimes, je commande à nouveau, ça donne envie de refaire la déco !
Par contre, certains articles sont à 0,00 frais d'envoi , et d'autres 19,99USD :-/
sans savoir pourquoi ça ne donne pas envie d'acheter ceux-là...
