Pretty sweet sword, was worked it wouldn't be as legit as it said but man it's pretty well built and sharp. Haven't really used it in any training or battle but I'd be willing to bet when the zombies invade it'll probably cut a few of em down

This is the first katana I have ever bought and understand this is in no way a battle ready or perfectly hand crafted weapon, but I do think there should be more attention to the finer details like the handle being offset from the blade. I also know this is not a traditional handle design for a katana and while it is off centered and slightly loose it feels amazing. Other than that, this thing is extremely sharp and near perfectly balanced. The tip did roll slightly, not 100% sure on what as I try not to hit hard things with this sword, but it's also $200. All in all 7/10 mainly because of the off-centered handle. I will definitely buy from here again. Fast shipping, and arrived in perfect condition.

Blade edge is quality. Scabbard is quality. Handguard looks great. This handle is metal tube with studded rubber overmolding. Really lets your palm dig into your grip point. Wooden peg meguki. Screw on cap as the pommel was a minor pet peeve… the handle wasn’t exactly centered precisely about 2-3 mils deviation but doesn’t affect my swing just an aesthetic flaw. Also the habaki wasn’t fitted properly so it moved around maybe 1-2 mils towards the spine/edge, and .5 mil horizontally. I fixed it by making shims from wood and wedging them between the habaki and blade. No more movement after that.

Impressed with delivery time, wasn’t expecting it to turn that fast. Quality is good. Weight balance is excellent. Factory edge, I will admit, is unsurpassed. I buy a huge amount of blades, from kitchen to hunting to combat. Lines are true and seems to have the proper strength and flex, although I have not tested it for these functions. It will get tested against other blades. Hopefully it stands up to what it appears to be. If it shatters, I will post another review. In the meantime, everything points to great product and service. Thanks very much!

blade could of been sharper but hey i didn’t buy a razor blade. overall the build quality is exceptional and its definitely worth the money i paid. 9/10 e recommend

The packaging was a little lackluster, just the sword encased in a slim styrofoam block, but that didn't seem to effect the sword at all. Zero damage from shipping. It's sharp and gorgeous. The sword also shows great craftsmanship with no loose pieces at all.

I enjoyed the overall design and look if the blade. I couldn't decide if I wanted a katana or ninjato blade but this one definitely was worth the purchase. Shipping did take some time but it was well worth the wait in my opinion.

It would get a full 5. However the blade rattled slightly when locked. Can’t be a Ninja with that much noise lol.
It is however beautifully made and sharp. I will need to order another at some point.
