The blade itself is beautiful And it arrived pretty quick. The fittings feel solid, and the overall aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. However, the main issue is with the scabbard. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit properly; the sword shakes inside, and if pointed downward, it falls out on its own. With that said if the saya had been properly fitted, this would have been nearly perfect.

This is my second sword from True Katana. This sword is absolutely breathtaking. Well made with tight tolerances. The blade is dark and elegant. I have it displayed on the wall of my office and it's a beautiful addition. I purchased it more for art, but from my limited experience with functional swords, I would imagine this katana could also get things done.

It's a masterpiece. The T10 is incredibly durable and sharp while looking nice too. The black/brown/gold color scheme is perfect. This dragonfly sword is genuinely something to behold.

Nice straight and sharp. The all black with gold hilites really adds a classy look. I'm no expert on clay tempered blades but polish is excellent. The pattern seems a little too even in it's wave but as I said I'm not yet with full knowledge. Overall very very nice my best one so far.

I really didn't have much knowledge when ordering the Golden Blade Katana from True Katana for my boyfriend, but once he opened it, I knew I made the right choice. He loved the hand crafted sword and was very impressed. This is an amazing sword for the price and I will definitely buy from here again!!

The sword is fantastic. My only comment was that the image was of a cherry red sword scabbard and I received a mauve. Seems like an honest mistake and I wasn’t supper concerned with the color. That being said, the weapon slides out of its scabbard like butter and feels very solid. I read online that some buyers had complaints about stated length vs actual length, quality, and scabbard fit. The actual length was exactly as stated, the construction looks solid and there are no cheap vanity parts, and the scabbard absolutely matches the blade. My son was super excited and loves the piece. I definitely will buy from truekatana again

Great sword! Was a little worried as there's not many reviews for this company. But bought a T10 Clay Hardened Katana and am happily satisfied with my purchase. It's definitely a beefy sword. I would not be afraid to take this out for sword on sword combat. I haven't cut anything with it yet, but it doesn't look like it should have any issues. There is no looseness at all on any of the fittings. If you're considering buying a sword here, then just do it, Don't worry, this company is legit. You will receive your product and it will be better than expected.
