Sword seemed put together pretty well. The paint was not as “clean” as I was expecting unfortunately. Meaning, the paint looked to be stenciled on and had a slight amount of “sloppiness” to it. The weight of the sword was nice but the blade wasn’t sharpened at all. This was the biggest disappointment i think. The grip was very nice and well protected by plastic from shipping, as was the painted blade. Overall a decent beginner novelty katana. Next time, I will be a bit more careful with what I buy as a collector/display piece. This came with no display stand either where other websites seek their swords with the stand included for free.

Overall everything was fantastic , some light rough spots on the sheathe but nothing that bothers me . Quality feels really good , blade feels sturdy . Awesome to have as my first ever sword !
