The scabbard if my katana us cracked, a bit disappointed, the blade is sharp galdly however the tip if the isnt pointy. Overall is decent quality but i probably wont be shopping here again.

Blade is definitely sharp so handle with care, the design is accurate and everything is fastened/secured for the most part.
The Tsuba (guard) has a slight looseness/can be just slightly juggled but hasn't affected the quality otherwise so still gets 5 stars from this guy!

Overall it is okay and I was happy. I was not expecting too much of this sword, as it is not that expensive relatively speaking for katanas, but I was disappointed in one major way. The blade is nicely polished and sharp enough. Inside the saya could be smoother and the end is scuffed with black material. There is a slight rattle when the sword is in the saya but not horrible and it fits well at the habaki/seppa. The tsuba is actually really nice. All the fittings are nice and tight except for the ito wrap, which moves when you push it up and down with your fingers, and it is glued or melted to itself at the ends. The ray skin is fake but I was expecting that.
But the one thing that is unacceptable is a couple scuff marks on the saya. From a distance they are not noticeable, but this is a result of lack of care while handling before it gets to the customer. I have not done a cutting test so no comment there. But again, overall I was happy cause the sword is good for the price of $140 which deserves 4 stars. (Only let me upload one pic for some reason)

Im very happy with it all around and I only have 1 real complaint and thats gold band in-between the cord wrapping on the handle is kind of loose. My other small complaint which isn't anything to big is that the blade was not nearly as sharp as I thought it should've been, it wasn't really dull but a Walmart knife came sharper out of the box than this.

I will start by saying this is an absolutely beautiful sword!
The only negative thing I have to say about the katana is that the wooden parts in the handle on one side is a little slanted and the on the other side the wood isn't sticking out far enough, but this is a very minor minor detail. Overall It is still 5/5. It is still absolutely beautiful overall and very sharp as well, especially for the price this thing is amazing and an art of beauty!
