It's a little tight in the scabbard, and it seems that there was plastic stuffed inside it that I can't get out. Also, it is longer than I expected for a tanto, almost a wakizashi. But it's a good deal for only a hundred bucks.

I would give 5 stars but I specifically emailed them to see what they had in stock bc I didn't want to wait weeks for one from China if possible bc most of theirs are shipped from China.
So oddly enough the person replied and said the only one they had in the warehouse in California was the exact Tanto blade I wanted, so I ordered it the next day bc of it being in country but lo and behold it came from China.
Coincidence maybe someone bought all those specific tantos or something but the actual piece is really nice: made well, weighty and appearance is very nice. I would buy again.

The saya (sheath/scabbard) was chipped and eventually broke but the sword isn’t a bad sword. Packaging is the main issue with the product.
