Features: very heavy and not so sharp, no I didn't plan to cut the heads with it, only for cosplay, but if I would find something attractive as this with T10 steel, I'd rather prefer it.

One problem though, the handle has about a two crack and a hairline crack on the scabbard which I'm having repaired, a minor inconvenience considering the overall appearance is a real compliment and I understand things just happen, no negative reflection on your company, the item is a very beautiful piece and I'm very proud to own one. Very nice and well made. The sword stays in its wooden sheath until you pull it out. This was a concern for me as
I had ordered the same style sword from another company and the wood was bass wood. It’s a soft wood, the sword falls out of its wooden sheath on its own!!
So I was quite impressed with the construction of this sword from True Katana. It was exactly what I was looking for.

This one is a great find. Beautiful build quality and also very affordable. It caught my eye emediately on the website, ordered it and when it arrived in almost less than a week I was not disappointed. The weight of it is awesome, really feels strong in hand. The sleek simple bamboo design is top notch also . This sword took me back to my days in Okinawa, Japan thanks True Katana! When it arrived there was a couple cracks in my scabbard causing it to release a little loosely but I addressed it with TrueKatana Customer service and they sent me a new scabbard free of charge! Best customer service ever! Sent an email with a couple pictures and Fiona responded promptly within 24 hrs. Very pleased with the TrueKatana brand so far! Looking forward to my next purchase. I received the sword in a very timely manner. Getting shipped from China and arriving on my doorstep in a little over a week is pretty dang good. The sword overall is really sturdy and everything fits well. The only two gripes that I have are that the the piece that fits on the bottom of the handel wasn't ornamented. The other is that the blade is dull,dull,dull! I've ordered a sword previously from True Katana and that blade was great! I will have to get this sword sharpened or I've just bought a very expensive butter knife. By the way.. I love the instruction booklet. Don't put the sword in your mouth lol!

The order arrived quickly. The weapon was beautiful. The scabbard holds the sword without slipping and the weight is just right. There was no rattle between the blade and the handle. The blade as a whole is very cool but when I got it I saw where the blade gose is just an empty metal tube and when putting the blade back scraps against the inside of the rod dulling it quiet a bit and there is a single nut holding the blade to the handle and k find that it get very loose and cuase the blade to bang agints the inside of the rod as a display peace very cool but if your like me and like to mess around with your blades cut fruits bottles etc it can get very annoying
