I think for the price of the item it’s worth the money. There’s a few things that could be better like the loose fit in the scabbard and the way it fits in the scabbard. But other than that, I think it’s a great product for blade enthusiasts and collectors. I wouldn’t recommend trying heavy cutting with these weapons for they are better equipped for light cutting.

Beautiful weapon. The scabbard and blade look exquisite. The red color on the blade adds mystique, yet you can still see the pattern and the balance is excellent. The handle and scabbard wrapping are firm and look fantastic. Definitely art and functionality fused beautifully.

Good katana, seems to be real Damascus with red coating. Sharp out of the box but when actually razor sharp the edge is silver which is fine but I'm sure when used for Tomeshigiri the blade will scuff but this isn't the real issue for me. At first there was a rattle which was loose decorations on tsuba but also a wiggle in the blade which I thought was the weguki possibly broken so I disassembled and discovered that apparently the blade was not properly aligned while drilling so there is a very thin spot in the tang which you can see it the picture accounting for the blade wiggle.

It was my first time getting this. I got it for my boyfriend. I was hesitant at first but I read the reviews and went for it. I haven’t given it to him but he once mentioned he wanted to get one. So I got it for him. It looks exactly like the picture and it looks really nice. It came in a few days so that was awesome.

It's beautiful, sharp too, I hope u didn't think I was going to hang this though,- im going to use it on trees in mock battles :) we'll see how it holds up,also im hoping it doesn't rust , tho I may have to oil it, ill find out soon.

An absolutely beautiful sword. The only issues are with the scabard. The wooden notch on the side was broken off when I received it. I'm also not sure if it was the sword or the scabbard, but it is incredibly difficult to unsheathed the katana.

To Damascus blades one Waxahachie and one katana the snakeskin on the katana needs replacing but what did I expect it's even a fake snake skin the cherry wood on the other hand quite beautiful but the diameter spent no time to fill the crevices in the grain both blades game doll and sharpen western style they do not cut well not even if I put an edge on them they must be send in addition the tips are exactly the same thickness as the bolster or another words no taper to the blades as the katana was a black and red metal the good news is I can get away with rightly sitting it unfortunately I have no way to turn the metal red and black again hopefully I'll get an answer that I can purchase a small bottle to restain it.
