Features: very heavy and not so sharp, no I didn't plan to cut the heads with it, only for cosplay, but if I would find something attractive as this with T10 steel, I'd rather prefer it.

This is the first katana I have ever bought and understand this is in no way a battle ready or perfectly hand crafted weapon, but I do think there should be more attention to the finer details like the handle being offset from the blade. I also know this is not a traditional handle design for a katana and while it is off centered and slightly loose it feels amazing. Other than that, this thing is extremely sharp and near perfectly balanced. The tip did roll slightly, not 100% sure on what as I try not to hit hard things with this sword, but it's also $200. All in all 7/10 mainly because of the off-centered handle. I will definitely buy from here again. Fast shipping, and arrived in perfect condition.

Je ne m'y connais pas dans les différents métaux et aciers pour y apporter une appréciation constructive. Je peux juste dire que c'est lourd et robuste : tout est bien fini, bien fixé, aucune pièce ne "gigote"...
La qualité des finitions bonne, sans quelques rares imperfections, à ce prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à des finitions au millimètre près.
l'illustration du Saya (crânes) sont gravés dans le bois, ce n'est pas une vulgaire impression sur la peinture!

Agréablement surpris donc pour cette première commande, le choix est difficile pour le(s) prochain(s) car, oui, aux prix raisonnables et frais d'importation minimes, je commande à nouveau, ça donne envie de refaire la déco !

Par contre, certains articles sont à 0,00 frais d'envoi , et d'autres 19,99USD :-/
sans savoir pourquoi ça ne donne pas envie d'acheter ceux-là...

I'll start by saying I very much love this sword as a collectors piece, and although I'll say I don't know very much about blades, the couple things that kinda turn me off are that I'm not sure if this blade is full tang or not, other blades listed say full tang and some do not,this one does not. In the handle of some other blades including this one there is a visible wooden securing pin that would usually be covered or would usually be some sort of metal pin I think? Other than the peg within the handle itself I actually don't know what that blue material is made of, its interesting but not exactly my first choice as its got small bubbly ball patterns within, other than that, the blade is balanced, the handle is nice to hold, the designs are beautiful and I'll probably buy more swords from here as collectors. And yes the blade comes nice and sharp and ready to cut.
