The sword is very nice & was packaged quite well. I like the weight & the blade is sharp.r
The only thing I seen was a hole in the bottom of the tsuka (hilt).r
I am looking forward to cutting with it in the spring.

Sword came earlier than expected. Razor sharp, and it was as advertised. The only knock I can give it is that it was slightly bent toward the top.

It's a little bigger than what zatoichi fans should expect, but that was my fault for not knowing how big the listed length is (I'm 5'6) the quality is pretty darn good. The habaki is a little tight in koiguchi but that's expected of a shikomizue (to be used as a cane) I will definitely be purchasing from trukatana in future. Budget and sturdy quality stuff.

Beautiful sword. Love it. The only complaint I have is it doesn’t like lock it self into the scabbard it easily falls out. But with it always being on display I should have to worry it’s just the thought it could fall out at anytime was kinda concerning for a minute but overall it was what I wanted.

Blade is absolutely beautiful. Although I can't see for next time, what is the length of the weapon because in dimensions it says 41x0x0. Which is misleading, because as I searched for a Nodachi, which is a Japanese Great sword. They are very long but it says 41x0x0. If anyone could point out how to find out the length of a weapon on the site that'd be great. Either way I love my shikomizue.

I've had a few of these and TruKatana definitely has a better quality. Shipping was quick and sword was wrapped and oiled. Don't hesitate this is a perfect sword/cane blind fury. 🤘I've placed grip tape made for weaponry on handle and cover. It comes without.
