I was at first skeptical of the katanas as some were pretty cheap, but honestly I'm impressed. While they do feel a *little* light, and I do mean a little, they are otherwise pretty good. The cord wrapping on both the hilt and the scabbard were and felt good in the hand and was comfortable to wield. In my opinion it really was just *slightly* too light for me, but for others it could be fine. Mine came with some nice etching, it was fairly even but in some places a little lighter. Sadly, through the shipping process the bottom kashira (pommel) did come cracked -- but here's the best part. After contacting customer support, they literally just sent me another katana. I included some pictures of the damage, and they were just like yup okay here's a new tracking number! Very impressed. Just for that amazing customer service it deserves at least 4 stars.

The sword is absolutely beautiful in the details and the look of it. But its completely loose in the scabbard and same with the small hand guard piece, it slides back and forth with a slight push of your finger.

I really like my katana and have no regrets buying it it came in good packaging and was sharp the only thing is part of the purple part that was tied on the sheath looked a little messed up at the tips and when I actually used the katana it looked like some of the dark color of the wave design was coming off
