Authentic Japanese Katana Sword T10 Folded Clay Tempered Steel Real Hamon TK-JP-KT19135 . I am very pleased with the quality of this sword. Everything fits nice and tight, there is no blade rattle once in saya. The Tsuba (Guard) and Kashira (pommel) show no casting imperfections. The Tsuka ito (Cord Warp) is the best I have felt. All parts are of quality. Although I haven't used it Tameshigiri (test cutting), I expect the blade to perform well. Small negatives - first, be in no hurry to receive the sword...3.5 weeks for me. Second, the list of "Do not ...." with this sword seems excessive and sometimes humorous.

Everything is good..except..when I was simply shaking it to see if anything was loose or rattled, the tsuka (handle) squeaks. I suppose it's minimal but a little annoying. Sharp though. I may consider buying more.

For the price, it is very nice katana. The hamon looks nice and all of the lines are nice and straight. The yokote is not perfectly defined but it is nonetheless decent. Overall very nice and sturdy as well.

I wish a sword would have came in a nice wooden box and had a sword bag or at least a cleaning kit, unfortunately it came in an cheap foam box and was wrapped in a plastic. Sword for a $1000 should have more respect then that.

Great sword, beautiful.. although some details were not as perfect as expected, overall it's nice. Not as sharp as expected, small detail unfinished in the handle. Normally I wouldn't say anything but considering I spent 650 approximately, it was very disappointing.
I still love the sword, don't get me wrong. But now I am looking into sharpening services..
