At first I had an issue where I ordered 5 swords but received 1. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and helpful. They shipped the other 4 and I am very happy with the product. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. For my first sword buying experience, I regret ordering online but I’m glad I ordered thru TrueKatana. As someone who never owned a sword, my initial impressions were blown away upon delivery. My only issue with the handle itself is that the Tsuba & Habaki don’t match the picture. The 4stars in my review are from the fact TrueKatana was also EXTREMELY communicative & responded to my emails swiftly during the shipping process. All in all, I’d buy again!

The sword is perfect, my only flaw is that there is nothing inside the blade holder. It’s just wood and the wood shaving gets over the blade. Other than that, the sword is amazing and better than I could have asked for.

I'm leaving 5 stars but I'd prefer to drop it to 4.8 or 4.9. The sword was perfect. Crafted well, sharpened to a fine blade, and beautiful. The only issue was a minor cosmetic issue where some adhesive had failed and something popped of the sheath. A little super glue and it was fixed though so it wasn't a big deal but something of not for sure. Especially if it was to happen and a small piece was lost and not able to be reattached.

I have to say I'm happy with my purchase. I didn't expect to get it as so fast which was GREAT.
It was a gift for my son and he LOVED it. The sword is so well made, and very sturdy. The color just popped. I was afraid it was going to look faded and cheap, but nope. Just perfect.
The only negative thing, I didn't like that it was shipped in thick styrofoam only. I mean the sword came undamaged, but It could have been.
Over all I'm very happy and will purchase again. Highly recommend.
