Have not tested it out, but out of the box it looks great, just like the pictures. Feels like excellent craftsmanship, the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there's about a 3 inch section of the blade that is not sharpened properly. Cuts paper decently well but when it hits the dull section it tears. Will have to touch it up on the wet stone. For the price it's a great katana especially if it's true t10 steel that's properly forged/hardened.

It came in within a week, the blade was so sharp I accidently cut my finger testing it. Quality is okay for the price, visually it looks good and if you take care of it should last a long time.

What can I say. I will start off by saying the sword is nice. What I expected. The sheath was broken when I received it. The shipping box looked OK. I tried getting hold of the company. They do not answer their phone. It is always busy. I have sent 4 emails. Still have not heard back. So the sword is Good. Their costumer service sucks. I was thinking of buying another sword but with their costumer service I probably will not order another one.

This sword is absolutely beautiful and solidly constructed. The leather wrapping of the saya is nice and tight, grip is wrapped well, and the tsuba is solid. T10 carbon steel is great quality for the price and the blade is nice and sharp. I’m very happy with my purchase.

It is exactly what I expected it to be, right in the middle of fake and real.
The materials are functional enough to be considered usable, and I was satisfied with the sword
the sageo was not made of silk which was disappointing and made me fear the quality of the sword.
The Ito was poorly wrapped and does slide around and must be adjusted after or before every use.
The synthetic samegawa was impressive in that it did have imperfections in the pattern which made me think it was authentic ray/shark shin. That is until I touched it. For the price I was pleased with this, that being said there was a mistake made while placing it part of it is on top of the fuchi
I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to weild a katana but not have to worry about damaging an expensive authetic katana worth thousands of dollars.
I bring this to Iaido without a second thought

I purchased the silk thread katana ,t10 folded steel. It came sharpened , razor sharp. Beautifully done and finished. The blade has a Sabre style near the tip on the spine. Its 2 lb very maneuverable and well balanced. Very pleased.
